The Andreu Group in the debate on the future of Dual Vocational Training

The Grup Andreu participated in a technical conference on the adaptation of training programs Dual Vocational Training as a strategic tool for companies, especially in industrial sectors. 

The session organized by the Valls Chamber of Commerce and theJaume Huguet Institute, has had as its main objective to raise awareness of how Dual VET programs can adapt to the real needs of the labor market, which allows companies incorporate and train qualified young talentOn behalf of the Andreu Group, industrial projects, Jordi Andreu Ribas and Lídia Gistau have participated.

During the day, three key lines were addressed:

– Updating the Dual Vocational Training curricula in collaboration with the business community.

– The need to bring educational centers and companies closer together to jointly identify the professional skills of the future.

– The recognition of companies as active training agents within the dual training system.

The Andreu Group, along with other companies in the region that actively participated, highly valued the practical and collaborative approach of the day. In addition, a space for debate was opened to share experiences and identify opportunities for improvement and collaboration between the educational and business worlds.
