Talent recruitment based on Social Responsibility

The Andreu Group participates in a conference with the Egueiro Association on an innovative talent recruitment project based on Social Responsibility. Egueiro and FM Logistic present a job placement project that the Valls Chamber of Commerce wants to promote as an opportunity for the business community.

Valls, November 19, 2025. The manager of the Andreu Group, Industrial projects, George Andrew, participated in a conference organized by the Valls Chamber of Commerce i Egueiro Association which aimed to publicize a pioneering talent recruitment project based on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). 

The meeting, under the motto “Companies with value. New ways of attracting talent and social responsibility”, brought together at the Eguerio facilities a dozen companies from Vallecas interested in exploring initiatives that combine job placement and social commitment in the territory. The project promotes the rehabilitation and re-education of people with social difficulties, which allows them to re-enter the world of work, providing added value to the participating companies and reinforcing their commitment to CSR. 

The pilot currently being developed with FM Logistic from Valls has obtained a very favorable assessment and is proposed as a replicable model for other companies in the territory. During the day, two young people linked to the program and the general director of the entity, Jaume Vilanova, shared their experience within the framework of the alliance with FM Logistic, which has facilitated the incorporation of several young people from Egueiro into the labor market with very positive results.

The event was also attended by Dolors Farre, mayor of Valls, showing the council's support for initiatives that promote talent and collaboration in the territory.

The Valls Chamber of Commerce, is firmly committed to this type of synergy and to initiatives that help companies find talent through innovative projects with social impact.
