Project teams
All the companies of the AMI group work with their own project teams. Each project team has a project leader who is the person in charge of maintaining direct contact with the client, engineering, suppliers and our technical office. Each project is controlled by real-time project management software. Both the client and all the people who form part of the project team are aware of each and every detail of the project.
Technical Commercial Department
The aim of the commercial department is to offer all kinds of solutions that are within our reach. This ensures that we can depend on ourselves and have control of the project.
This department is coordinated with the engineering area and technical office, initiating the chain of processes to reach the challenge that has been entrusted to us.
Operations
At this point, our team of technicians is involved in the execution of all phases of the project.
Thanks to the diversity of our staff, we involve technicians with the right skills to successfully accomplish any project we set out to do.
We have a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team of engineers and technicians (mechanical, computer and electrical), specialised in the design, engineering, automation and optimisation of processes.
We use the most widely used software such as Autocad, Eplan, Demelec, SolidWorks and TIA Portal, among others.
This department is responsible for drawing up and preparing estimates, managing the purchase of materials with the logistics department and monitoring the works.
We maintain permanent contact with the client and we ensure the correct development of our projects.
Production
Our team of technicians is involved in the execution of all phases of the project.
Thanks to the diversity of our staff, we involve the technicians with the appropriate skills to successfully achieve any project you propose to us.
We offer a continuous training plan to our staff because we are aware that this is for the benefit of our clients.
Prevention, Quality and Environment
The tasks of this department are to keep all the safety and labour documentation updated on a daily basis to facilitate the entry of our technicians to all places where we perform our activities. For this reason, we have received the necessary training to work in different platforms such as CTAIMA, ECOORDINA, EGESTIONA, etc. We also ensure the continuous training of our technicians in the field of prevention.
Administration and finance
The administrative tasks of this department are based on maintaining all traceability of our activity. Therefore, it is essential to have an agile and flexible team to manage it. We use specific software for Andreu Manteniment Industrial S.L. with an updated database with the main brands in the sector (Schneider, Siemens, Fanuc, Omron, Pilz, Contact, Simon, Phoenix, Xontact, Weidmüller, etc.) preparing with the maximum detail the budgets, delivery notes and invoices to satisfy our customers.
Logistics
It is the department responsible for material management in cooperation with the operations department and technical office. We have a direct relationship between leading suppliers and article families. We do not rely on speed but on the quality of the materials.
In addition to the good management of the materials and machines used for the realisation of the different projects, they are responsible for the proper separation of waste and managing their recycling.
